Treasurer Needed

Hello everyone!

To all of those Accountants at heart out there, we need your help!  We need a Treasurer.  The Treasurer manages the groups finances.  You will need to be good with money, and have excellent bookkeeping skills.

Coffee Night

I would like to introduce myself. I am Kelly Morris your new FRG President. I would like to thank Renee for the warm welcome and will try very hard to fill her shoes. Not because she has big feet or anything, but because she has been a great President!
I have a few things to say about myself. I am previous active duty and am now a proud Navy wife. I try to be involved with all the Navy events and enjoying volunteering within the community and hope to get our group involved with community events.
I work full time and have a full house of pets. I am always here, night or day, for anyone who needs me. So, please just call, text or email and I will try to help the best I can.
This is our group and I want everyone to get what they need out of it, so if you have any ideas please let me know.

Farewell and Goodbye

Well Vipers it has been a great road that I have traveled as your Vipers FRG President... But as all good things go they must come to an end.. I have enjoyed every moment that I have spent here.. Your new FRG President is none other than Kelly Morris.. She is an exceptional person to know and have in your life! I have absolute faith in her that she will take the FRG to new levels.. December 3, 2011~

PAL DAY IN ST. AUGUSTINE The annual USO Pal day at St. Augustine will be held 3 December 2011. This great event is for active and retired military and their families. Most attractions will be free you must present your ID cards. Examples would be Potter’s Wax Musem, Lighthouse, The Alligator Farm etc. The Elks Lodge will also provide a free lunch for all active duty and their families with free trolley rides to/from Elks Lodge which is located down the street from the Alligator Farm.

Hope you can make it! The location will be at my house which 1007D Colony Circle  Atlantic Beach, FL. I live in OBH..

Gift Wrap Station~ 6p-8p

On December 19th, in place of our monthly FRG meeting we will be holding a Gift Wrap station at the USO from 6p-8p... During those times bring your gifts to us and let us wrap them for you.. We will be doing this for free but donations are greatly appreciated!

Holiday Party/ Cookie Exchange~

This is out monthly coffee night.. Come out and enjoy drinks, goodies, and conversation.. There will be a door prize so come out and celebrate the holidays. For those attending please bring a dozen of your favorite cookie along with the recipe to exchange.. Please RSVP by Dec. 19th.. This event will be held at my house as well.. Cupcake Wars and FRG Bake Sale

We are still in need of some volunteers for Friday, September 9, 2011. The FRG is participating in the NEX Cupcake Wars and is holding a bake sale at  the same time. We need volunteers to help set up and man the table during the bake sale and judging. Setup for the bake sale starts at 10am with the bake sale starting at 11am. Judging for the Cupcake Wars starts at 12 and ends at 2 pm. We also need some donated baked goods to sell for the bake sale. We are getting together tomorrow night at 6:30p at Michelle Huff's to make and decorate the cupcakes to be judged. The theme we have decided  on is a 9/11 Tribute. This will be truly spectacular!!
