You’re Invited to Our Pampered Chef Fund-Raiser Kick Off Show to Support The Greater Jacksonville Area USO!!!!!

Where :2560 Mayport Road. Atlantic Beach, FL 32233 (Mayport USO Center)

***Our goal is to raise $3000 to send 100 holiday care packages to deployed troops. If we have 75 participants who each collect $200 in orders, we will have met our goal! ***
Here are some ways you can help:

1. Attend the fun kick off show on Tuesday, October 26th at 6:59 PM for food and shopping.
            - Bring a friend the USO hasn’t met... There will be a gift
          when you do!!            
          - Childcare will be available – Please RSVP immediately,
          so we can ensure proper help is available.

2. Take a few of our new Fall catalogs and share w/ your friends - they'll love browsing and adding some new things to their kitchens - or getting an early start on holiday gifts!!

3. Place an order online at www.pamperedchefbiz/evelynn. Select USO as the “host name.” Tell your friends to do the same. Products can be direct shipped, so out of state orders welcome.


4. Schedule a LIVE cooking show for your friends (you'll save approx. $300 on your personal shopping)
             - The USO receives $10 for each show held!
                 - Bridal showers, fundraisers, & internet shows count 
                   too!!

5. How about hosting a USO fund-raiser cooking show of your own???

Additional awards for helping us:

The Top Seller will receive a $50.00 Pampered Chef gift certificate. (Must collect minimum of $300 in orders to qualify for gift certificate.) 

There will be a surprise gift drawing for all participants:
-         One entry for attending the kick off show
-         Two entries for each friend brought to the kick off show
-         One entry for each order collected by you
